County Planning and Zoning currently updating ordinances

While the Nov. 1 meeting of the County Planning and Zoning Board did not have any public hearings or permits to discuss there was still a lot to talk about.

Beth Bresnahan, Department Director of the Land Use and Building Department, and her staff have been going through county ordinances looking for areas they feel need updated. At the meeting Bresnahan gave her input on items she feels need addressed in order to help with development in the county.
