Talkin' Tigers tackle California

The Mountain Home High School Talkin’ Tigers Speech and Debate team will be the first school ever to represent Idaho in the prestigious Jack Howe Memorial Speech and Debate Tournament at California State University at Long Beach Sept. 30 through Oct. 1.
