Wednesday, September 6, 2017
F-15E Strike Eagles from Mountain Home Air Force Base are scheduled to fly over the city Saturday morning to mark the start of this year's Air Force Appreciation Day parade.

The community's largest celebration will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday as F-15E Strike Eagles from Mountain Home Air Force base and A-10 Thunderbolts from Idaho Air National Guard soar over the town, officially marking the beginning of the annual parade.

In previous years, the parade began as A-10 Thunderbolts from the Idaho Air National Guard at Gowen Field in Boise solely conducted the flyover.
