Council addresses New Meadows Trailer Park

The Aug. 14 council meeting got off to a quiet start as community members failed to comment on multiple agenda items.

A representative from the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council awarded eight Road Master Certificates as well as complimentary Carhart jackets.

After a brief photo opportunity, the consent agenda was approved and the shooting range was addressed. The council agreed to table this issue until a later date, moving on to new business.

Item P, which was removed from the consent agenda, concerned the leasing of two vehicles using a joint purchasing agreement under the National Joint Power Alliance.
