Getting crafty

Monday, August 7, 2017

magination soars at the Mountain Home Public Library as children create structures out of dry spaghetti noodles and marshmallows during a "Build a Fort Night" event on Thursday. A total of 77 children spent the evening participating in various crafts, which culminated the library's annual summer reading program.

Students gather beneath a large, makeshift tent during the afternoon's story time. The event concluded with a drawing for a number of prizes, including bikes and electronic reading devices.
