The Mountain Home Country Music Festival was struck with an act of God on opening night causing the cancelation of Friday night's headlining act, Keith Urban.

In a video posted on line Keith Urban apologized for the event that was out of their hands.

"I'm just so sorry everyone; I hope we get the chance to come back and make this up for everybody and the weather is cooperative next time," Urban told viewers from his car leaving the venue.

Luke Bryan, appearing through a raised platform in the stage, burst to life during his opening song "Move," to a standing crowd. Bryan's energy pumped up the crowd in preparation for the remaining concert that started at 11 p.m. to avoid the desert heat.
