Mountain Home Country Music Festival begins Friday

The Mountain Home Country Music Festival is expected to bring together more than 20,000 people this year in the foothills northeast of Mountain Home.

Some of country music's biggest stars will come to Elmore County later this week to take part in a festival that’s expected to draw more than 20,000 people from across the United States.

Marking its third anniversary, the Mountain Home Country Music Festival runs from Friday to Sunday in foothills northeast of Mountain Home.

The venue is located on the flats just off Highway 20 at the junction with the Pine-Featherville Road approximately 30 minutes outside of town in the foothills of the Sawtooth Mountains.
