Wednesday, June 28, 2017

The Mountain Home Police Department will join local and state emergency services agencies to hold a training exercise on Thursday, June 29, at the former Paul's Market in the city's downtown area.

The exercise is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. that day and is expected to run until noon.

City police officials are asking the public's cooperation and patience as emergency responders arrive in the area as part of the exercise.

"Please be aware; there may be some delays and road closures in the vicinity of Paul's Market while the exercise is active and ongoing," said Police Sgt. Dan Dack, a spokesman with the city police department.
