Recreation district board calls two special meetings

In the time between official monthly meetings, the Western Elmore County Recreation District board called two special board meetings to discuss various matters.

The meeting May 30 started with the swearing in of David Kellerman as the incoming director for subdistrict three and Tarl Smith as district's new administrator.

Information regarding that 10 a.m. meeting was based on a copy of the minutes obtained from that hearing since the Mountain Home News staff was unable to attend that hearing in person.
