Clayton Noi Stanley Sr., 57, of Owyhee, Nev., passed away on May 26, 2017, at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise. Services were held in Owyhee on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Arrangements are under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
