Local area schools to hold graduation events

Wednesday, May 24, 2017
Graduating seniors from Bennett Mountain High School spent Monday walking the halls of the elementary schools as part of their pre-graduation celebration. This was the second year students of the alternative high school made the walks in recognition of their hard work and accomplishments. The experience also showed elementary school students what they have to look forward to at the end of their high school years. Bennett Mountain High School holds its graduation ceremony at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at Mountain Home High School's Lloyd Schiller Gymnasium.

Students from high schools in Mountain Home and Glenns Ferry will cross the stage later this week to receive their diplomas as they start their journey into the real world.

The ceremonies begin Thursday, May 26 as Bennett Mountain High School holds its second commencement ceremony.

The school will celebrate the graduation of its 39 seniors during the event, which begins at 6 p.m. at Mountain Home High School's Lloyd Schiller Gymnasium.
