Mountain Home man cleared of vehicular manslaughter

A Mountain Home man was found not guilty of wrongdoing in the accidental death of his infant son as a result of a crash on the interstate more than 18 months ago.

Justin Fitzpatrick was charged with vehicular manslaughter in connection with the July 24, 2015, collision that happened around 6:30 p.m. that afternoon near milepost 75 east of the Simco Road exit.
