Angelica Orozco Hurtado passed away on Jan. 13, 2017, at St. Luke's Elmore at the age of 52. Services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017, with a viewing from 10 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service, all at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain Home.

Angelica was born Jan. 25, 1964, in the small town of Coeneo Michoacan, Mexico, the only daughter of Isidro and Agripina Orozco. She met her husband, Abelardo, in her teen years. They married in 1980 and have been inseparable since the beginning.

She moved around from California to Idaho with her husband frequently as he found work in agriculture until they came upon Mountain Home, where they would spend most of their life together and would eventually raise their four children. From there on, she would dedicate her life to the well being of her husband and sons, along with the family that she held so near and dear.

Anybody that had interacted with her would say that she is the most kindest and genuine lady they have met, always giving her sweet grin to say hello, along with her amazing homemade cooking and her witty jokes. Her family and friends will remember her admirable strength, beautiful character and her blissful presence.

Angelica is survived by her husband, Abelardo, and her sons, Abelardo Jr., Ismael, Cesar and Uriel.
