Family displaced after house fire

A Mountain Home family was displaced from their home on the city's north side after a fire swept through the residence Saturday morning.

The fire at 3949 Lariat Lane was reported around 10 a.m. that day with the 2 1/2 story structure fully involved by the time firefighters arrived on scene, said city fire chief Mark Moore.
