Shop local effort begins Nov. 23

The city economic development office launches an effort next week to encourage local residents to shop local.

Held in conjunction with the American Express Shop Small Campaign, people can participate by using their smart phone to snap a selfie of themselves standing next to one of the Santa Local Joe displays at participating businesses.
