Susan Alvina Becker, age 60 of Mountain Home, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016, at her home following an illness. Per Sue's request, no services will be held. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.

Sue was born July 14, 1956, in Missoula, Mont., the daughter of Fred A. and Lola L. Duncan. Sue married Raymond Becker in Coupeville, Wash., on June 11, 1975. They moved to Wyoming in 1976 and welcomed daughter Katina in 1977.

They moved to Salmon, Idaho, and their second daughter, Jennifer was born. After moving to Mountain Home, their third daughter, Autumn was born.

Sue and Ray lived in Mountain Home from 1979 to 1989, and during that time, Sue worked at Maple Cove as a waitress and cook. From 1989 to 2000, the family moved to Blackfoot, and Sue worked at Homestead Family Restaurant as a cook. In 2000, Sue and Ray moved back to Mountain Home.

Sue, through a Boise State University program, started clean houses to help the elderly. In her spare time, Sue enjoyed making jewelry.

Sue is survived by her husband, Ray of Mountain Home; her daughters Jennifer and her husband Tom Daley of Blackfoot and Autumn LaBar of Mountain Home; her sister, Rose Duncan of Superior, Mont.; her brothers Fred Duncan of Missoula, Mont. and Robert Duncan of Anchorage, Alaska; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Katina Waddops, and her sister, Jody.
