Matthew David Conrad, age 34 of Hammett, died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016.

A viewing will run from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016, and the funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. that morning at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home. Burial will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, 2016 at the Little Butte Cemetery in Annis, Idaho.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, located at 500 North 18th East St. in Mountain Home.
