Thelma Howard

Thelma E. Howard, age 82 of Mountain Home, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016, at St. Luke's Elmore Long Term Care Unit, in Mountain Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. at the Human Development Center in Owyhee, Nev., on Friday, July 1, 2016, and burial will follow at the New Cemetery, in Owyhee. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
