Blue Sage decision reached

The Elmore County commissioners rendered their final decision on Friday regarding a reconsideration hearing that encompassed a 14-month battle over a conditional use permit with local developer Jim Carrie and his planned Blue Sage Subdivision.

The decision was simply announced by an unanimous vote with the commissioners approving an eight-page findings of fact and conclusion of law order document with no explanation from the commissioners or their legal counsel.
