Perry Lee Savage Jr., age 46, passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at a Boise hospital. A Celebration of Perry's Life will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, June 6, 2016, at Carl Miller Park in Mountain Home. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Perry was born July 15, 1969, in Boise, the son of Perry L. Savage Sr., and Sharyle Lee. He graduated from Parkland High School in El Paso, Texas. In 1989, he moved back to Idaho and last resided in Mountain Home.

Over the years, he loved listening to music, camping, fishing, building model cars, playing games with his family and friends and watching movies. He also was a big prankster. He loved to tell stories too. He loved making popcorn balls for holidays and cooking meals.

He had a big heart for animals. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Perry is survived by his first ex-wife, Debbie Gardner, and four children, Mychaell Joann, Ricky Jay, Lydia Blanche and Perry Lee Savage III. He's also survived by his second ex-wife, Trina Freeman, and their four daughters, Brandy Renee, Larissa dawn, Baylie Lee and Kiara Lynn Savage. Perry has five grandchildren, Damion Emmanuel, Kobe Elijah Alexander, Rylon Jamon, Bella Rose, Avalynn May-Marie and one unborn grandchild and nieces and nephews. All resided in Idaho.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jonathon Barnes, his grandfathers, Clifford Covill and John Boehm, and grandmother, Joyce Culligan.
