The sale of a downtown business building, construction of federally compliant access ramps and guidelines for funding local projects took center stage as the Mountain Home Urban Renewal Agency met May 16.

Karla Post, the real estate agent commissioned to sell the Bealls department store building in downtown Mountain Home, said two individuals have expressed serious and prolonged interest in buying the downtown building owned by the URA.
