WECRD: No director until redistricting occurs

The Western Elmore County Recreation District board of directors will not appoint a director to fill a seat that's remained vacant for more than three months until they've had a chance to redraw the boundaries within the district.

Board director Art Nelson made the statement as the district's two seated directors met during a public meeting April 20.
