Twin Falls man arrested following accident on interstate

A Twin Falls man is due back in court Feb. 19 after he was arrested on drug trafficking charges following a crash on the interstate Jan. 19.

Jeffrey P. Shell was also charged with a felony count of possessing a controlled substance along with two counts of using or possessing drug paraphernalia and a separate count of reckless driving.
