Annual Shop With a Cop program slated for Dec. 5

For 19 years, the local Shop With A Cop program has allowed children from low-income families to purchase gifts for themselves, their siblings and their parents. This year's program begins the morning of Dec. 5.

Dozens of children from the Mountain Home area will bring some holiday joy to their families later this week during an event that helps them share in the spirit of giving.

Celebrating its 19th anniversary in Mountain Home on Dec. 5, the local Shop With A Cop program helps children of families with extreme financial hardships buy gifts for their loved ones in time for Christmas.
