Kirstine Rasmussen Tindall

Kirstine Rasmussen Tindall passed away on Nov. 1, 2015. She was born June 18, 1930 in Kimberly, Idaho to Frank "D" and Rachel Leah McEwen Rasmussen.

She married James D. Tindall (deceased) on Oct. 18, 1952, and later divorced.

Kirstine was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving a mission in the Atlanta, Ga., temple as well as serving in the Primary, Relief Society, Cub Scouts and teaching genealogy classes. She was a affiliated with the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and the Idaho Historical Society.

She also worked as vice-president of the PTA, school secretary and as a recorder and registrar of the Mountain Home voting district. Kirstine's hobbies included dancing and genealogy.

Kirstine is survived by her son, John L. Tindall, and sisters-in-law Berva Dee Rasmussen and Bess McKay. She is preceded in death by her son, Steven V. Tindall; brothers Lawerence M. Rasmussen and Parley Sven Rasmussen; and sister Alice Ross.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main St. Friends may visit family from 12:30 to 1:30 at the mortuary. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain Home, Idaho, on Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at 2 p.m.
