City arts council presents salute to veterans concert

To honor the nation's veterans and active duty military members on the eve of Veterans Day, the Mountain Home Arts Council presents a "Broadway Musical Salute to Veterans" highlighting some of the most famous tunes from World War I and II.

The show begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Nazarene Church in Mountain Home.

Local singers and musicians answered the call to perform a variety of music, and a show was born, according to the local arts council.
