Annual Fall Coffee House scheduled for Oct. 23

The Mountain Home Arts Council's literary arts committee will debut the seventh edition of "The Whistle Pig" during this year's Fall Coffee House event. The journal features stories, poems and art produced by local writers and artists.

Local writers and artists will showcase their work Oct. 23 as the Mountain Home Arts Council hosts its annual Fall Coffee House.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the program begins at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Hall, 342 East Jackson St.,
