Cause of home fire being investigated

Fire fighters and the state fire marshal's office continued to investigate the cause of a fire that destroyed a Mountain Home residence early Monday.

City fire fighters responded to the blaze, located in the vicinity of Canyon Creek Road and Northwest Wilcox Drive at 3:59 a.m. with the first crews arriving on scene within three minutes, said assistant fire chief Bud Corbus.
