Church continues backpack benefit

The effort headed by Pastor Cheryl Stull seeks to provide school supplies for needy children who are preparing to return to school next month.

The third annual "I Got Your Backpack" project kicked off last week in Mountain Home in an effort to help students in the local area as they prepare for the new school year.

The project is a community donation program designed to get school supplies into the hands of children who otherwise might not be able to afford them.

The project is the brainchild Pastor Cheryl Stull from the River of Life Family Worship Center.
