City council approves changes to ordinance on goats

A resident's complaint about a goat within city limits in recent weeks prompted officials to take quick action in the form of an amended animal control ordinance at last week's city council meeting.

The city introduced the amended change to the local law with the four-person council debating, voting and approving the new guidance concerning goats by the end of the meeting.
