William Frank Page, age 83 of Mountain Home, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015, at the Boise VA Medical Center. Graveside inurnment with military honors will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2015, at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Boise. Cremation is under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Bill, as everyone knew him, was born Oct. 2, 1931, in The Dalles, Ore., to the late Frank Page and Martha Moore Jones. He served 24 honorable years in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Sensors Systems Technician. He then gave over 20 years to Morrison-Knudsen, assembling locomotives.

Aside from his career, Bill was a master fisherman and avid outdoorsman. He also possessed a healthy green thumb and dedicated much time tending to his garden. Above all, he was a provider to his family and loved doing so. He was well-loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Bill is survived by his son, Vernon Page of Puyallup, Wash.; his daughter, Mindi Page Deskins of Mountain Home; and two grandchildren, Aarolyn and Christian Deskins.
