Ready... Aim... Dodgeball

Angie Shockey from the Lady Tigers softball team picks out a target as teams clashed during a dodgeball tournament April 22 at Mountain Home High School. Seven teams representing different high school clubs and organizations along with different community agencies gather in Lloyd Schiller Gymnasium that evening in the spirit of friendly competition.

Winning first place was a team known as the One Morman and the Five Strippers with the Origami Dragons finishing second and the Mountain Home Academy rounding out the top three. The event raised $400 to benefit this year's senior celebration -- a post-graduation party in honor of the high school's Class of 2015. Senior celebration organizers will hold their fundraiser next week in conjunction with the Encore Company's presentation of Pinocchio.
