Tigers track coach Rich Urquidi applauded his team's effort at Middleton.

"Most of the performances were not as good as the previous weeks," the coach said. "This was due to the fact that we were coming off spring break and the weather. Most of the athletes who had personal bests today were some of our underclassmen or first-year athletes, which is what us coaches are looking for."

Mountain Home travels to Centennial High School in Meridian on Friday for the Pulse Invitational meet.

"This will be great for our top athletes to see where they stand with the teams from the 5A and 4A ranks," Coach Urquidi said.
