County fair committee announces Lisle as this year's grand marshal

Fair board representative Larry Jewett congratulates Joe Lisle following his selection as grand marshal for this year's Elmore County Fair and Rodeo. Joining Jewett were fair board representatives Janna Beauclair, Terry Arrizabalaga, Jeff Cook, Taylor Owen and Scott Nichols. Both Taylor and Scott are starting their first year with the fair board.

During a meeting March 25, the Elmore County Fair and Rodeo board of commissioners named a King Hill resident as this year's grand marshal.

Joe Lisle admitted he was surprised by the announcement, who through he was called to the fairgrounds last week to discuss plans for the July event.
