Annual Read with Ruffy program set to begin Thursday

An initiative aimed at helping children improve their reading skills is set to resume later this week as representatives from the local school district and city library hosts this year's Read with Ruffy program.

Over the past several weeks, the library collected new, stuffed dogs from local residents with a goal of providing one to each second grade student in the Mountain Home School District.
