Rashelle Brewer

Rashelle Lynn Schmitz-Pickens-Brewer, 38 of Mountain Home, passed away at a local hospital on Feb. 4, 2015, with her family by her side. A private family viewing was held on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Rashelle was born in Oklahoma on Dec. 9, 1976. Rashelle Schmitz- Brewer (Pickens) was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Rashelle has always had a passion for animals, especially wolves and was a huge supporter for the Oklahoma Sooners.

Rashelle married James Pickens in August 1994. Together, they had daughter Kylie and son Colton.

After divorcing, Rashelle married Robert K. Brewer in November 2013 with stepchildren Allie Brewer of North Carolina; Taylor Brewer of Star, Idaho; and Kaled Brewer of Star, Idaho; and granddaughter, Avery Brewer of North Carolina.

Rashelle is survived by her husband Robert K. Brewer, daughter Kylie (Steven) Walker, her son Colton Pickens, grandson Aiden Walker, father Bobby (Dorothy) Norton, mother Sue (Jerry) Schmitz of Oklahoma, sisters Becki (Ritchie) Brice and Tasha Green, brothers Artie and Brent Norton, stepdaughters Allie and Taylor Brewer, stepson Kaled Brewer and granddaughter Avery Brewer, numerous aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandpa and grandma Thompson, Grandpa and Grandma Schmitz, Grandpa and Grandma Norton uncles Artie Norton and Butch Schmitz and nephew Colton Brice.

Rashelle will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
