Jensens celebrate 50th

Jack and Penni Jensen of Herriman, Utah, formerly long-time residents of Mountain Home, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception on Oct. 18 at the Kuna LDS church, 315 E. Deer Flat Rd., from 6-9 p.m.

The event will be hosted by their children and all their friends are invited to attend.

Jack and Penni were married Oct. 17, 1964. They had eight children, seven of whom are still living. They also have 25 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

They spent most of their life together in Mountain Home and Kuna in the radio business and running assistant living care centers.

They are now enjoying retirement by being the tour guides of an historical ghost townsite in Chesterfield, Idaho.
