Ruffing named to WECRD board

Betty Ashcraft swears in Rachel Ruffing.

Scott Sessions resigned from the board of the Western Elmore County Recreation District and was replaced by Rachel Ruffing.

Sessions resigned citing personal reasons.

Ruffing was selected by the board to complete Sessions' term, which expires in 2015.

    So the board more than likely selected someone that they know and will not disagree with them. Been reviewing their minutes and have never seen anyone disagree. Just my opinion and I base it on that, no facts.
