Elmer Harder

Elmer "Dick" R. Harder, 86, of Glenns Ferry, passed away on Friday, Sept. 19, 2014, at a Mountain Home hospital.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
