The Stars and Stripes adorn city fire trucks parked at the El Rancho Parking Lot on Thursday as local fire fighters paid tribute to those who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks against the United States on Sept. 11, 2001. Thursday marked the 13th anniversary of the attacks.
