Annual dog show slated for Sept. 13

A costume contest, shown here from last year's event, is planned for the upcoming dog show on Sept. 13.

The annual Mountain Home Dog Show will be held from 8 a.m. to noon on Sept. 13 at the upper gazebo next to the basketball court at Legacy Park.

During the day, dogs and their owners have the opportunity to participate in a number of contests, said event spokesperson June Zilisch.
