Bell pleads guilty, faces 15 years to life for kidnapping

Matthew Bell, a man accused of assaulting his girlfriend back in January, pled guilty to two of four felony charges during a hearing July 7, which will send him to prison for anywhere from 15 years to life.

Bell pled guilty to first-degree kidnapping and attempted strangulation as part of a plea agreement between the county prosecutor's office and his defense team.
