Hospital's new specialty clinic starts taking shape

A new specialty clinic is being assembled at St. Luke's Elmore hospital.

The vacant field southwest of the hospital is slowly becoming the holding zone for 12 pieces of a modular building being put together on the hospital property later this summer.

The 8,600-square-foot clinic building was located in Fruitland, serving as the clinic in that community for a number of years. When a permanent structure was completed in Fruitland, the modular building was no longer needed there and had to be moved off the property.
