Bakers celebrate 50th

Kenneth and Gloria Baker as they appear today....

Kenneth and Gloria Baker will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on April 18.

The couple were married on that date in 1964 in Hayward, Calif.

The celebration is being hosted by William and Janet Baker.

The couple have four children, William, Rusty, Keith and Teresa (Terri Lynn), and six grandchildren.

After their marriage, the Bakers traveled with the Air Force, and in 1979 were stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base, where they decided to stay to raise their children after Ken retired from the Air Force.

Their favorite activities are spending time with family, Nascar and taking care of their many four legged children.
