Ronald Judy

Ronald E. Judy, 69, of Mountain Home passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at a local hospital. At his request, no services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.

Ron was born July 20, 1944, in Covington, Va., to Hubert and Dorothy Judy (Dominick). He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1962 to 1982.

After retiring from the military, he was employed at Mountain Home Air Force Base, retiring after 20 years of civil service. He loved bowling, fishing, camping and the outdoors.

He married Sandra Maynard in 1975 and later divorced in 1997.

He is survived by his brother Robert Judy of Anchorage, Alaska; stepdaughter Terri Wasson of Marietta, Ohio; stepson Gary Maynard of Portage, Wis.; and his friends Sandy Judy and Donna Winkler. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
