Reservations urged for museum tea

The Mountain Home Historical Society will host its annual Victorian Christmas Tea at the museum on Thursday, Dec. 5, and again on Saturday, Dec. 7.

Tea times for each date are 1 and 3 p.m.

The event allows an opportunity to "dress up for tea" and many participants wear hats and gloves to the event. The menu, primarily light finger food prepared by museum volunteers, is designed with an English flair. The entertainment has yet to be announced.

The cost is $10 per ticket. Reservations are suggested and tickets can be purchased at the museum, 180 S. 3rd East St., or by calling 587-6847.

Seats are available for reservation on a first-come first-served basis. Participants must have a ticket to attend.
