C.D. "Chuck" DeLoach, 78, of Mountain Home, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, Nov. 21, at the First Congregational Church and burial with full military honors will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.

Chuck was born on Feb. 20, 1935, in Clanton, Ala., the son of Otis W. and Donia M. (Green) DeLoach.

Chuck married JoAnn Shriver on Dec. 27, 1957, in Buhl.

He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years of service in various career fields.

He loved to golf.

He was a member of the First Congregational Church and of the Masonic orders.

Chuck is survived by his wife, JoAnn, of Mountain Home, his daughter, Jean, and her husband, Robert, of Caldwell, his son, Whitney, and his wife, Candace, of Washington, D.C., his brothers, Jack, of Texas, and James and his wife, Rose, of Florida, his sister, Beverly, of Alabama, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his still-born daughter and his brother, William.
