Voters can learn about the candidate's positions during a question and answer forum at the library tonight at 6:30 p.m.

The three candidates for the two open positions on the Mountain Home City Council in November's election are expected to participate in a political forum sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce tonight (Oct. 9).

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Mountain Home Public Library meeting room.

The program will begin with introductions from Chamber President Robby Robinson, Mayor Tom Rist and the moderator for the evening, Lauri Erickson.

After those brief remarks, candidates will take questions from the audience, with the question and answer period moderated by Erickson.

Incumbents Alain Isaac and Richard Urquidi, along with former councilman Geoff Schroeder, are running for the two open seats in the at-large elections.
