Former employee at Paul's says thanks

Wednesday, September 11, 2013

Dear editor:

On July 22, 2013, my life totally changed. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. At that time, I did not know how far gone or invasive it was.

Thank God, after going through two surgeries and lots of anxiety and pain, I can truly say I'm now cancer free. However, I just need some radiation treatment.

I did, however, have to terminate my employment with Paul's Market. My life will never be the same for I loved working there.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Paul's for allowing me to work for them for 35 years. I've been very fortunate to have met so many wonderful people. I will miss my great customers, two great bosses and associates.

Thanks for all the beautiful flowers, cards and prayers.

I would like to implore all you lovely ladies out there to be absolutely sure and have a yearly mammogram, for it saved my life.

Sincerely and thanks and God bless.
