Bonita L. "Bonnie" Jackson, 68, of Mountain Home, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at her home following an illness.

A viewing will be held from 4-6 p.m., on Monday, June 17, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Tuesday, June 18, at Our Lady of Limerick Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Glenn Rest Cemetery.

Bonnie was born Feb. 28, 1945, in York, Penn., the daughter of Gordan and Phyllis Lenninger. She graduated from Glenns Ferry High School.

On Aug. 19, 2000, Bonnie married Timothy Jackson and together they lived in Mountain Home.

They enjoyed camping, gardening, and traveling to the coast. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids and great-grandkids.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Timothy Jackson, of Mountain Home, daughter Edie and her husband, Bud Corbus, of Mountain Home, son Rob and his wife, Linda Ellis, of Gooding, daughter Tracy and her husband, Stacy Smisek, of Moscow, daughter Shellie Powell and her fiancé, Josh McCuistion, of Mountain Home, stepson Richard and his wife, Mi Jin Jackson, of Mountain Home, stepson Jeffery and his wife, Maggie Jackson, of Nampa, stepson Brian Jackson of Boise, 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and her daughter, Joanie.
